It is expected and understood that you operate independently and you manage your own taxes, pensions, insurances and anything else pertaining to running one’s own business.

What We Pay

GamerCounsel pays sub-contractors a rate determined by region, benchmarked against local market rates for credentialed practitioners. For example, a therapist in the UK is paid in pounds at a rate that reflects the UK market. A therapist in Australia is paid in Australian dollars at a rate that reflects theirs.

Our pay rates are also affected by the accreditation body you are registered with. All therapists must hold current credentials with a recognised professional body in their country. Your accreditation body and registration number are required on every invoice. This is the foundation of the trust our participants place in us, and it is reflected in the rate we pay.
