Group Therapy in Games with a Qualified Therapist
Group Therapy in Games uses the familiar comfort of popular games as the space where therapy takes place. Connect with a credentialed therapist in Fortnite, Minecraft, or your preferred platform. Sessions focus on building confidence, emotional regulation, social connection, and communication, while working together toward goals shaped around each participant’s individual therapeutic needs. Our groups are matched on ability, personal requirements, and age.

Group Types
Duo (2) / Trio (3) / Mega (4+)
Duo Group – Two participants and one therapist working side-by-side. Suited to most multiplayer titles such as Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft. Ideal for those wishing for a more supportive experience.
Trio Group – Three participants and a therapist building teamwork and communication together. Works well in Minecraft, Fortnite, Among Us, Apex Legends and most cooperative games. Ideal for those who like a smaller group with a little more social engagement.
Mega Group – Four to six participants in a richer group dynamic with a therapist. Best suited to Minecraft, Roblox, Among Us, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart and Fortnite Creative. This is our most social group and ideal for those who prefer a larger party. (Not suited for those with noise sensitivities)

All sessions are provided via a private link in a secure platform on a private channel. Only the therapist and participants are invited to this private channel, often in Google Meet or Discord. If you have a preferred communication platform, let us know!

Group Therapy Game Options
We run groups at set times for specific games, and add new sessions as demand grows. Let us know your preferred times with as much flexibility as possible in the form below, and we’ll confirm what’s available. Group programs are paid in full upfront, securing your place across all sessions in the program.
- Requirements
Participant must already have a gaming device plus a stable internet connection and (if required) an online multiplayer subscription. You will also require a headset and a private space where therapy can be provided.
- Set-up, Technical Issues & Reporting
Online games require occasional setup. Internet dropouts or technical issues may also occur. Our Therapist takes notes during sessions, which is factored into the session duration. A small portion of each session will be spent on these necessary activities.
- No long term commitment
If you wish to cancel at any time, let us know 5 business before the next scheduled session.
